Blossom Old Tom Gin is a floral and sweet gin with a pronounced hint of citrus.

In addition to the classic gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander and cinnamon, five types of blossom provide a unique flavour.

After distillation, the gin is given its pink colour through maceration with dried berries. This gives the gin an additional fruity flavour.

As there is no artificial colouring, the colour can become pale after a few months.
