L’Homard Gin is part of the culinary gin range of Spirits by Design.

For each batch, we painstakingly macerate and distil 60 kilogrammes of wild lobsters, which have been sustainably trapped along the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. We blend the lobster distillate with a unique gin base and add other distillates like parsley, lemon grass and malt.

There is no doubt you will appreciate the refined nose of this gin, which is reminiscent of a luxurious crustacean inspired bouillabaisse.

Seapearl is a gin made for Christof Malysse from Lobster Fish. This unique piece of work resulted in a silty gin with Salicornia and green sea berry as main botanicals. The finish has a citrus crispiness from lemongrass. Lobster fish didn’t spare any effort at all to make their bottle unique… Every bottle contains a pearl.

Seapearl Gin

Seven carefully selected botanicals, including galanga root and lemon thyme give Ginger its unique character. In this fresh gin you discover notes of coriander, faint spicy results
of ginger, cardamon, dryness of angelica and complexity of thyme.

The high concentration of essential oils makes the gin cloudy under the influence of ice.

"The S72 ‘Legend’ Gin has been an established value in the world of gin since 2017. Six years later, the delicacy that sprang from the brain of ten-time world motocross champion Stefan Everts gets a completely new look: a bottle in the shape of the number 1.

The flavor – violet – has long been in the taste. But the eye also wants something. Stefan Everts had been toying with the idea of a new, striking bottle for some time. The ball really started rolling when he sat down with designer Troy Lee. The ten-time world champion, who had already worked with the designer in his career as a motocross racer, asked the American to design a new bottle. Troy Lee came up with the idea of a bottle in the shape of the number 1. A reference to the many first places that Stefan Everts achieved in his richly filled career (ten world titles, 101 GP victories).

“I am very satisfied with the end result,” says Stefan Everts. “This bottle really catches the eye. And I also like the link with my victories. In my career I always wanted to be the best. With my gin too."
