"The S72 ‘Legend’ Gin has been an established value in the world of gin since 2017. Six years later, the delicacy that sprang from the brain of ten-time world motocross champion Stefan Everts gets a completely new look: a bottle in the shape of the number 1.

The flavor – violet – has long been in the taste. But the eye also wants something. Stefan Everts had been toying with the idea of a new, striking bottle for some time. The ball really started rolling when he sat down with designer Troy Lee. The ten-time world champion, who had already worked with the designer in his career as a motocross racer, asked the American to design a new bottle. Troy Lee came up with the idea of a bottle in the shape of the number 1. A reference to the many first places that Stefan Everts achieved in his richly filled career (ten world titles, 101 GP victories).

And so the Xocoatl recipe was revived and brought back as the X-Gin.

X-Gin combines juniper berry with 15 herbs and several of the best spices known to man. It has the taste of passion with a hint of cocoa and the tiniest whiff of vanilla.

The fermentation of a mixture of grain and water creates a liquid that is distilled four times in a pot still, this is the basis of all Forest Dry Gins. The botanicals and fruits are macerated and distilled separately. Finally, we mix the distilled plants and fruits with our basic spirit using the same method. Mix for a couple of weeks to create the perfect marriage between the essential oils in the botanicals and the basic grain spirit.

A predominant juniper flavor is typical of all Forest Dry gins, but each season of the year will have its own gin flavored with the seasonal botanicals. None of the Forest Dry Gins is sweetened. The expertise of the master distiller, the fact that they only work with low profit stills and only use locally produced organic ingredients, gives Forest Dry Gin a soft and rounded taste.

Together with the rise of Copperhead gin came the growth of bartending. In 2018 world-renowned bartender Marian Beke, owner of the Gibson bar in London, created Copperhead the Gibson Edition. Inspired by the classic cocktail Gibson Martini this edition is a unique savoury style of gin, thanks to the immense flavour palette. Added to the original 5 Copperhead botanicals are not less than 13 carefully selected spices traditionally used in pickling. These ingredients, among which are mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel and dill seeds are joined by just a touch of eight-year-old Genever to complete this smooth and complex taste.

Spirit of Hven Organic Navy Strength Gin är ett unikt destillat skapat från grunden på ön Hven mitt i Öresund.

Denna underbara dryck bär på flera hundra års anor, omformad och vidareutvecklad för att passa ny- och säker destillationsteknik, dessutom anpassat till modern dryckeskultur med nutidens förfinade smaklökar. I den historiska brittiska handels- och krigsflottan under 1700 talet var traditionen att officerarna drack Gin och de som tillhörde lägre rang drack Rom.

Det mesta vid denna tid transporterades i ekfat eftersom dessa funnits ha goda egenskaper. Det var viktigt att om sprittunnorna sprang läck, fick de inte orsaka att innehållet blötte ner det krut som kunde finnas i andra ektunnor, så detta inte gick att använda. Man kom då fram till att vid måttet 100proof (57,1vol%) kunde krutet antändas med spriten. Detta var även ett enkelt sätt att upptäcka om någon ”vattnat” spriten. Detta blev känt som Navy Strength eller Over Proof. Detta gav även indirekt att det mesta av den Navy Strength Gin som konsumerades var ekfatslagrad. Något vi sällan ser idag. Med Spirit of Hven Organic Navy Strength Gin har vi återskapat den historiska karaktären på ett helt nytt och unikt sätt.

Sisu gin has a very fresh and spicy taste. This gin is distilled in small batches in a traditional way with love for the profession in a small distillery. Sisu gin is a combination of high-quality and pure hand-picked ingredients including Greek mountain herb, bergamot, linden, juniper and limequat.

Perfect Serve: The perfect Sisu is topped with a sprig of rosemary and a piece of dried citrus and a neutral tonic. But Sisu is also very tasty with ginger beer or ginger ale.

For this jewel of contemporary Belgian gin, he worked just like a perfumer, mixing several precious distillates from his collection with the greatest precision.

All in all, a magnificently crafted gin, distilled from 18 botanicals, spices, aromatic herbs and flowers. Its secret is jealously guarded by our Master Distiller. All we know is that the majority of them come from Belgium, France and southern Europe. Only the cacao, which features in it, has more distant origins.

Biercée London Dry Gin is distilled from a fermented mash of barley and malt, also known as 'moutwijn' (malt-wine) in Dutch, and juniper berries. It's slowly heated in our hammered copper stills, allowing its rounded character to develop while retaining its well-defined fresh notes. Its botanicals are precise and perfectly balanced.

Marula Pomegranate is a sensual, mellow, accessible gin with a soft pink colour. Marula Pomegranate is strikingly sweet and has aromas of red fruits such as raspberry, wild strawberry and blackberry. The Pomegranate variant is based on Marula gin with pomegranate as the main flavouring and therefore contains the same basic ingredients.

For the second edition of the Barrel Aged series, the classic gin in the well-known bottle rested for three months on unique Portuguese "first-fill" Madeira barrels. The result is a gin with a pink copper glow in the glass. In the nose it is enormously refined: fresh citrus and the warm sweetness of red fruit, figs and grapes meet the spiciness of nutmeg, coriander and - unmistakably - juniper. In the mouth, the recognizable flavor profile of the classic Copperhead Gin is enhanced with an increased complexity. A lush experience, where the botanicals of the gin form a harmonious whole with the light influence of the wood. The finish is warm and long.

Für diesen Barrel Aged Gin wurden Cognacfässer aus Eichenholz aus dem französischen Limousin ausgewählt. Der Einfluss des Cognacs ist nicht zu leugnen.

Während der Gin vier Monate reift, werden die Zitrustöne weicher und die runderen, feineren Töne werden verstärkt. Das Holz gibt einen Teil seiner Farbe ab, die vom Gin aufgenommen wird.

Aus dem BUSS N°509 White Cut wird Buss N°509 White Rain Gin.

Buss N°509 White Rain Gin bringt eine ungewöhnlich hohe Trinkstärke mit sich und sollte so auf keinen Fall unterschätzt werden. Als Botanicals werden feinste Kräuter und Gewürze verwendet. Der Gin ist ein Premium-Produkt und wird nur in einem small Batch-Verfahren hergestellt. Beim öffnen der Flasche entfalten sich die klassischen Wacholderbeeren. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Buss N°509 White Rain Gin mit einer außergewöhnlichen würzigen Note und einem Hauch von Majoran. Daneben vernimmt man Untertöne von Lakritze, Zitrusfruchtschalen und Koriander. Kardamom, Verbenenkraut, Vanille, Koriander, Iriswurzel und Angelikawurzel runden das Ganze ab. Wie bei den anderen Gins aus dem Portfolio, wird hier auf die Verwendung von jeglichen künstlichen Zusatzstoffen verzichtet.

NOMDIGIN va surprendre les connaisseurs et faire de nouveaux adeptes.

Les grappes de raisin, l’origine noble de ce gin, lui procurent une longueur en bouche et une finesse remarquables. Les baies de genévrier et la cardamone lui donnent une structure et une puissance aromatique. La verveine et l’eucalyptus apportent de subtiles notes herbacées, viennent ensuite les notes citriques de la bergamote.
