The cuvée LANCEMENT, is a gastronomic dry gin distilled and bottled on the occasion of the inauguration of the Distillerie du Rhône. It is limited to a single batch of 1300 bottles. Tt represents the philosophy and the objective of the Distillerie du Rhône by its conception and its taste. Each spice is prepared in an independent and different way to extract the best before a slow distillation and steam infusion. With nineteen botanicals, it represents the local flavors of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes with intensity, precision and generosity. The LACEMENT gin is Inspired by the first GIN n°1 ADN cuvée that we pushed on new aromatics. The idea was to adapt the way of distilling and to change the dosage of plants to accentuate certain flavors, completely new and warm. Through innovative processes, it was possible to integrate more plant density by accentuating cypress nut, laurel leaf, cornflower, mandarin peel, roots such as gentian and angelica, and eucalyptus leaf. This fine, intense and richly flavored gin is perfect as a gin and tonic, a cocktail or a dry drink.
