LA NOTE SAUVAGE, the highly French gin that shakes things up
A blend of elegance and abrupt tradition, La Note Sauvage reinvents the way gin is enjoyed, combining sweetness and power.
LA NOTE SAUVAGE is a forest ball(l)ade and the promise of a gin against the current.
Symphonie 1 is distilled in the Hauts-de-France region of France, and has been designed to be perceived in the mouth in three stages: Herbaceous, then Peppery and finally marked by red berries.
Different in every way, the gin's aromatic profile and structure are seductive in their originality and complexity.
It is distilled in single-pass Stupfler stills, making it particularly light and round despite its complexity.
The walk in the woods begins with lightly woody floral notes suggested by hawthorn and blackcurrant leaf. This is followed by a stroll along a bucolic path, where the silky body of lemon verbena, juniper berry and basil can be appreciated. Finally, hidden behind the thickets, there's nothing left to discover but the fruity, juicy notes of strawberries and raspberries.
