The "Lavanttaler Gin" is a true product of the region! Appealing, charming, and open-hearted, yet also a little rugged and rustic. Juniper is the dominant flavor, while coriander lends it an exotic touch. Blackberry and cranberry contribute to its down-to-earth character. As a true Lavanttal native, apple is a must, and lavender adds a floral note. The result is a gin that can proudly bear the name "Lavanttaler Gin." Our gin is distilled in a small copper still, blended with soft spring water, and, after maturation in a glass demijohn, bottled by hand. Dominant juniper notes, a fruity hint of apple, subtly integrated coriander, and delicate floral lavender notes characterize this gin. The finish is very full-bodied yet smooth. The aroma is unmistakable, and the flavor lingers on the palate. Best enjoyed neat or with a neutral tonic water. Alcohol content 40% vol
