The 5020 London Dry Gin is gently distilled from 23 carefully selected botanicals in a small copper bubble. The selection of the individual botanicals focuses on quality and organic certification.

The gentle vapour infusion process also transfers the floral aromas into the 5020'er. The 5020 London Dry Gin is handcrafted from the first to the last step, from preparing the botanicals, filling the copper bubble, quality control, reducing to drinking strength, to bottling, labelling and numbering the individual bottles.

The 5020 is produced according to the EU guidelines for London Dry Gin. On average, 78 bottles of 700ml each with 43% VOL. are bottled per batch. The 5020 London Dry Gin is handcrafted, so there may be slight differences in taste between batches.

After the distillation process, the 5020 London Dry Gin is stored in a glass carboy for 8-10 weeks and then slowly graded to drinking strength. This process takes 10-14 days,

After that, the 5020'er can develop its flavour for another 2 weeks before bottling begins. Bottling is also done by hand, bottle by bottle.

Each bottle is labelled with the bottling date, batch number and its own number. The 5020 London Dry Gin is not filtered after grading and therefore has a very high content of essential oils, which in combination with cold (ice cubes, cold tonic, etc...) leads to an opaline colour (cold haze), but this is not a shortcoming but on the contrary a quality feature for the 5020'er.

The 5020 London Dry Gin received a Silver Award at the IWSC in 2018 and was awarded 90 points at the Falstaff Gin Trophy 2018.
