Ingredients:

The choice of the best ingredients is essential for the quality of this gin and makes it a true experience. The recipe of THE CASCARA GIN contains 12 carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality. In addition to cascara, these naturally include juniper, orange, apple and hibiscus blossom.

Manufacturing:

This gin is made in the proven 20 liter copper still in small batches. Due to the small amount, the team achieves very intense aromas and a mild, balanced taste.

Perfect Serve:

As with THE COFFEE GIN, the team recommends Mediterranean tonics for THE CASCARA GIN. These underline and intensify the fruity-fresh aroma of Cascara. Our favourite: Tassoni's Tonica served with ice cream. The mixing ratio between gin and tonic should be 1:4.
