Lynx London Dry Gin

A modern, very fragrant and aromatic GIN, produced from the distillation of 12 botanicals. Contrary to most of the “Flavoured” Gin, which have a candy flavor and result very sweet, the Pink Robin retains the dry characteristic of a classic London Dry Gin, and therefore can be used even for classical cocktails like Dry Martini and Negroni.

Nose: On the nose, the Pink Robin is spicy and are perceptible the classic aromas of juniper mixed with the fruity and harsh notes of Aronia with a subtle scent of lavender and citrus. 

Palate: On the palate its taste explodes in juniper, pepper and fresh coriander, then turns into bitter with herbaceous notes, which are well balanced with the fresh notes of citrus fruits.

Finish: Final with notes of almond and red fruits.

Luftbremzer Gin is a meticulously crafted homage to the classic London Dry with a subtle signature nudge, getting its taste palette from eleven organic botanicals. Blended, they give our gin a well-balanced flavor of herbally-floral notes, a strong juniper body, ending with a distinctive rooty aftertaste.

The gin is handcrafted. Every bottle is uniquely assembled, individually numbered and produced in small batches in order to preserve the gin’s high quality. You can get that elsewhere, but this one has a cool parrot illustrated on the front label and the bottle works great as modern-meets-apothecary-meets-chic decor! Besides that, it won several tasting medals: Silver from 2021 Swiss Spirits Review, bronze from 2021 Craft Spirits Berlin and a bronze from the 2019 San Francisco World Spirit Competition.

Hinter der Destillerie House of Spirits stehen zwei leidenschaftliche Reisende und Liebhaber von hochwertigem, starkem Alkohol, die auf ihrer Reise durch Neuseeland, Kanada und Schottland auf die Idee kamen, die Destillerie zu gründen. 

Eine Aussage veränderte alles. Ich habe über 20 Jahre Erfahrung, und der beste Rat, den ich Ihnen geben kann, ist, dass das Wichtigste bei der Herstellung von alkoholischen Getränken ist, sie nach Ihrem "Geschmack" herzustellen, denn selbst wenn Sie sie am Ende des Tages niemandem verkaufen können, haben Sie wenigstens etwas, das Sie genießen können", sagte der erfahrene "Brennmeister". Mit diesem Satz begann unsere Geschichte. Es wurde eine Idee geboren, die heute unsere Realität ist.

Ivan und Hrvoje besuchen zunächst eine Schule für Destillateure in Kroatien und ein Programm für Destillateure in den Niederlanden, um ihr Wissen zu perfektionieren.

Einzigartig, vollmundig und sehr komplex. Ein London Dry Gin, erschaffen aus zwei seperaten Destillaten mit je 12 Botanicals.&nbsp;
Die Essenz des Tages, weich und floral, gepaart mit den exotischen und würzigen Aromen der Nacht.&nbsp;
 
Der Strom für für die Brennerei wird größtenteils aus Solarenergie gewonnen und im gesamten Herstellungsprozess wird kein Kraftstoff verwendet.&nbsp;
Der Midnight London Dry Gin ist handgemacht und wird in kleinen Chargen, von nur 200 Flaschen, in einer extra angefertigten Kupferbrennblase aus Portugal produziert. Für die schonend, langsame destillation wird ein "doppel dampf Infusionsverfahren" angewandt, wobei die Botanicals in einem Aromakorb in der Brennblase positioniert werden.&nbsp;
 
Neben klassischen Gingewürzen wie Angelikawurzel, Korriandersamen und Iriswurzel wurden hier auch Grapefruitschalen, Lavendel, Mandeln, Kakaoraspeln, Vanille und Olivenbaumblätter vewendet.
 
Tasting Notes:
Nosing: Intensives, kräftiges und frisches Aroma von Wacholder, gefolgt von Koriandernoten und getrockneten Kräutern.&nbsp;
Gaume: Vollmundig, geschmeidig, mit kräuterigen Noten, einer leichten Öligkeit und Süße.&nbsp;
Abgang: Aromatisch, lang und warm, von tiefen, würzigen und erdigen Noten bis hin zu wunderbar frischem Wacholder, einem zitronigen Biss.&nbsp;

MIDNIGHT London Dry Gin

Aged for six months in Istrian red wine barrels, this Gin is wrapped in a bouquet of fruity Merlot and Cabernet notes, resulting in a delightful combination of juniper and warming oak flavors. Best served over a cube of ice.
