Rural sun ripened oranges from the Eastern Cape, as well as Citrusdal grown organic lemons lend their flavours to this fullbodied gin.

Opulent scents of orange, lemon, lime and red grapefruit evaporate on the nose while the juniper berries present menthol and eucalyptus aromas adding complexity.

Rhubarb and lemon grass whiffs bring a gentle sweetness to the overall taste. The Citrus Infusion benefits from the fresh sourced fruits grown In perfect conditions.

It is endowed by a very mild juniper bitterness. Rich and complex, refreshing like a walk through a citrus orchard.

Der Gin wird von Hand destilliert, in einer mit Feuer beheizten Alembic Destille mit Kupferbrennkessel. Das feine Aroma stellt die angewendete Dampfextraktion bzw. „vapour infusion“ sicher. Der Knysna Gin wird 12h destilliert bevor er seine 30 tägige Ruhezeit antritt. Das Ergebnis ist ein reiner, milder Gin.

An African craft gin from Procera, distilled in Nairobi with 10 botanicals, all sourced from across Africa, including Madagascan pink pepper and Moroccan orris root. However, the most important botanical here is a relatively unseen species of juniper, Juniper Procera (most gins use Juniper Communis), also known as African juniper as it only grows in the highlands of Kenya and Ethiopia. This different variety gives the gin a nuttier, earthier backbone. After distillation, the gin is bottled into stunning hand-blown bottles, also produced in Nairobi. A truly unique gin.
