En 1875 nace nuestra destilería, esta ginebra es el homenaje a esta efeméride. Recuperando la fórmula original de nuestras primeras Dry Gin pero con la puesta al día en sus contrastes botánicos. Nuestra 1875 es una ginebra tridestilada de gran calidad, donde las notas del enebro cobran gran protagonismo, dotándola de un sabor seco y aromático. Ideal para combinar con las mejores tónicas o con sus cocteles favoritos.

Es nuestra ginebra base, una London dry gin muy pura, con la que elaboramos toda la gama 5th. Ideal para los que buscan la neutralidad de una ginebra seca pero polivalente.

Nota de cata: Transparente con ribetes plata, en nariz aromas sutiles de enebro, en boca suave y neutra con alguna nota amarga.

Perfect serve: 5cl de gin + abundante hielo + enebro + lima + tónica schweppes o fever tree.

Maridaje: Makis, Sashimi, moluscos, marisco cocido.

Nota de cata: Color rosa brillante, en nariz aromas de frutos del bosque, notas de fresa y grosella en boca con retrogusto amargo de enebro.

Vorzeige-Gin aus Spanien. Exzellentes mediterranes Flair, welches der Gin hervorragend ins Glas bringt. Dezente Kräuternote (Basilikum, Thymian, Rosmarin), gepaart mit südländischen Gewächsen wie Oliven.

Gin Mare Capri ist ein mediterraner Gin, der anlässlich des zehnjährigen Jubiläums dieser Marke auf den Markt kam. Wichtige Zutaten, aus denen dieser Gin kreiert wurde, sind sorgfältig ausgewählte Zitronen und Bergamotte von der italienischen Insel Capri, die nah bei Sorrent liegt. The Mombasa Club is a premium London dry gin with 41.5% ABV, although its formula dates back to the late nineteenth century.

Visual: bright and watery white, a vivid reflection of the purest London Dry style. Smell stage: The experts say that in a premium gin the botanicals should almost attack the nose.
