Crimson Pangolin Yunnan Coffee Bean edition delights the senses with a blend of coffee beans from Southern China, combined with a fresh citrus palette. Paying homage to the burgeoning coffee culture in Yunnan, this gin is delightfully refreshing and intriguingly complex.

The limited edition label was created by independent Beijing-based artist, Leo Caoyu, an illustrator and sculptor known for his bold lines and color palettes.

Introducing Crimson Pangolin Navy Strength, an overproof, juniper forward creation, distilled with Shandong junipers, lemon peel from Hainan, lemongrass, hawthorn grown locally in Changsha, Sichuan peppercorn and coriander seeds from Hunan.

Perfect Serve: 30 ml Gin, 120 ml Tonic water, Garnish it with Hawthorn or Grapefruit or Lemon peel and a Slice of ginger.

Developed in the mountains of Changsha, this mouth watering gin is a tribute to one of China’s most cherished possessions and pastimes; tea.

Made with a blend of rose tea, black lychee tea, dried peach tea,dried hibiscus tea, dry apple, dry orange peel and fresh lemonpeel, the infusion provides a tenacious tea burst that is clear on the palate.

Whilst this gin retains the citrus notes of the original Crimson Pangolin recipe, the aftertaste of Hunan spice has been replaced with a beautifully complex and refreshing blend of some of China’s well-loved teas, making for a cool, crisp, refreshing gin and tonic.

Crimson Pangolin Peach Rose Edition

Dubbing this bottle our “Jungle Edition,” we took inspiration from botanicals native to the south of China. In this gin, you’ll find a blend of litsea, green tea, monk fruit, and roots combined with the citrusy kick of lemon and lime peel.

In collaboration with Mark Lloyd, a British distiller with years of experience creating liquids for global brands under his belt. Mark is currently the general manager of J. Boroski Shanghai.

Perfect Serve: 50 ml Gin, 120 ml Tonic water, Garnish it with Lemon grass or limes or dry pineapple.

Crimson Pangolin Jungle Edition

Gin 66 is Crimson Pangolin’s collaborative gin with W Hotel, Shanghai. Containing oriental ingredients such as ginseng, Sichuan peppercorns, lemongrass, black cardamom and ginger root. This gin is very rooty and herbal, and pairs perfectly with a slice of grapefruit or lemongrass.

Crimson Pangolin Oak Barrel Edition possesses all the unique qualities of the original Crimson Pangolin gin, with it’s fragrant and delightfully citrusy and subtly spicy aroma, only this time, aged in oak barrels.

The Oak Barrel Edition is made with ingredients exclusively from Mainland China, and include a blend of Hunan Spices, Sichuan peppercorns, lemon peel from Hainan provence and Hunan coriander seeds. The junipers we use are grown and farmed in Shandong provence.

The Oak Barrel Edition is then finished in oak barrels, giving the gin an underlying vanilla and orangey quality that complements its junipery, citrusy and delicately spicy nature.

Black Goji berries are a fruit grown wildly in the extreme climates of Central Asia. The black goji berry is very rarely found in Western cuisine, but has long been celebrated in the Himalayan region as a potent medicinal and health food.

The berries, robust in flavor, create a vibrant blue color when steeped in water or added to foods. Adding a few drops of lemon or tonic water will change the blue color to an iridescent pink or purple hue. Our goji berries are grown in Qinghai province, Western China.

Triple distilled and bottled in the ancient Chinese city of Changsha, Hunan province, Crimson Pangolin lovingly blends a unique combination of local oriental ingredients, to produce a smooth yet citrusy and spicy taste.

A punchy blend of Hunan spices, warming coriander seeds, Sichuan peppercorn, and fragrant lemon peel from Hainan all come together to create an aromatic drinking experience.

Crimson Pangolin is best served with tonic and ice, with a cucumber, a sprinkling of Sichuan peppercorn or a slice of fresh ginger for garnish.
