The White Lemon marks the origin of D' Gin. After years of fruit collection, there should be more than just juice and schnapps left over in winter. Therefore, the first D' GIN will be representative of the region. Sincere, blunt and occasionally a little reserved. The aforementioned Swabian orchard and other botanical ingredients from the region give it its outstanding note.

A 500 ml bottle of D' GIN contains fruits and ingredients (botanicals) from the traditional Swabian orchards, which transfer the traditional values of fruit growing and the legacy of the master distillers into modern times. The essence of this gin consists of fruits, herbs and spices that thrive at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The distillation takes place in a copper kettle operated by a regional master distiller who draws on decades-old distilling traditions of his grandparents and great-grandparents.

To make this gin we use a total of 12 botanicals (ingredients), more than 8 of which come from the fields, orchards and forests of the Swabian Alb. What we cannot harvest and cultivate ourselves, we source from local producers. The remaining 4 botanicals are also characterized by the highest regional quality and sustainable origin.

The nose is characterized by delicate juniper, followed by fresh citrus notes and subtle apple nuances. A grassy profile appears on the tongue, accompanied by a restrained spiciness of herbs and flowers as well as refreshing nuances.
