Gin Avem Hippolais is a London Dry Gin, which is characterized by fine notes of candied lemons, interrupted by subtle floral notes and a nice peppery length on the palate. It is a gourmet gin that is also well served as a pure tasting at room temperature or with a tonic on crushed white grapes and is reminiscent of its wine origins. This spirit was produced in collaboration with Christophe Gauville, master distiller at the Des Moisans distillery based in Sireuil, in the south of Cognac. This gin adapts an age-old method that is commonly used to make cognacs, whiskeys or even great wines: the art of blending.
