Míl is an Irish pot still gin, distilled with fragrant Mediterranean botanicals. Distilled with Almond, Basil, Bergamot Orange, Goosberry, Juniper, Olives, Orris, Rosemary and Thyme, this small-batch gin is bursting with southern sunshine. Míl was created by a team of ‘ginthusiasts’ at the Pearse Lyons Distillery, in the refurbished St. James Church, who were moved by the historic site links with the Camino de Santiago in North-West Spain where tradition has it St. James is buried.
