The Mirabeau Dry Gin is inspired by the herbs and spices that grow wild on our own vineyard, as well as by the history of Provence as a world-famous center of the perfume trade. Fine grape alcohol is used as the neutral base alcohol.
The Mirabeau Rosé Gin owes its soft and delicately fruity taste to the grape alcohol. Lemons and coriander give it the fine citrus freshness, orris roots and angelica give it light floral and earthy notes, underlaid with the floral hints of the sparingly added flowers of roses, jasmine and lavender. Bay leaves, thyme and rosemary complete the range of flavors with typical Provencal herbal notes.
Botanicals: Juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris roots, angelica, menton lemons (skin and peel), rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, lavender, rose petals, jasmine tea
