All botanicals are harvested in Hiroshima. Hiroshima is rich in sea and mountain foods.
The refreshing flavor of japanese juniper berry, sweet orange scent, spicy wasabi and kinome, gorgeous sakura(cherry blossoms) and Aka-shiso (red perilla), salty oyster shells, all 17 botanicals are harvested in Hiroshima,  “Hiroshima Dry Gin” .

Hamagou is a botanical native to Miyajima and has been used as an aroma since ancient times. Hamagou produces small purple flowers in mid-summer. Floral aroma is in harmony with lavender hervested in hiroshima and juniper berry.
The juniper berry from France is characterized by a gorgeous scent.  Hamagou has a refreshing scent like mint, the gorgeous scent of lavender, and the sweet scent of vanilla and sweet orange.

Coffey Gin’s complexity is achieved through the perfect balance between 11 selected botanicals and the silky texture of Coffey distillates. The bright and zesty aroma originating from four kinds of Japanese citruses, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar, compliments the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, lemon and orange peels.
There is also a touch of apples, a fruit deeply related to the history of Nikka, followed by pleasantly tangy hints of green Japanese Sansho pepper on the finish.

Inspiriert von einem der berühmtesten japanischen Feste, bei dem die Natur im Mittelpunkt steht, und einer der wichtigsten Zutaten von Roku, Sakura, feiert die Hanami Edition die Feste des wortwörtlichen "Blüten betrachtens“ der Kirschbäume. Sie fängt die Frische und den Glanz des Frühlings und des Hanami-Festes ein und bietet einen sanften und eleganten süßen Blumengeschmack, der mit einem Hauch von Salzigkeit aus den Blütenblättern überlagert wird. In Verbindung mit der Komplexität und der harmonischen Mischung der Botanicals wird die natürliche Süße des Gins verstärkt, was zu einem delikaten, komplexen Roku Gin in voller Blüte führt.&nbsp;
Der limitierte Flakon behält die Form der Standardvariante mit sechs Seiten und geprägten Botanicals auf dem Glas, die die sechs japanischen Botanicals repräsentieren, die auf dem Höhepunkt ihrer Saison geerntet werden, um Roku zu kreieren, während das Etikett aus Washi-Papier speziell von der bekanntesten Washi-Papier-Künstlerin Japans, Horiki Eriko, mit einem Hauch von Rosa und Metallic-Tönen gestaltet wurde, die die fallenden Sakura-Blütenblätter darstellen. Die Verpackung wurde von dem japanischen Künstler Ohgushi entworfen, der für seine zeitgenössische Pinsel- und Tuschetechnik bekannt ist und das Hanami-Fest durch die Schönheit der Sakuras und die sie bewundernden Zuschauer zum Leben erweckt..&nbsp;
Aroma

By combining new flavours that enhance and complement each other, Kimio Yonezawa has created a new innovative and unconventional type of gin: the “Hyogo Dry Gin”.

Having carefully examined the flavour profile of over 50 different botanicals, Master Distiller & Blender Kimio Yonezawa chose to combine 3 traditional ones from Europe, together with 5 uniquely Japanese ones — all sourced from small local producers and the best specialists in Japan, distilled separately to preserve character and finally blended together.

Capturing the essence of each Japanese botanical through a vacuum distillation process, a technique used in the luxury perfume industry, 135° East preserves the pure olfactory notes and subtleties of their aromas.

Der Aichi Craft Gin Kiyosu wird von der Kiyosuzakura Brewery in der gleichnamigen Präfektur Aichi produziert. Das Unternehmen stellt bereits seit 1853 Sake, Shochu und Liköre her und seit einiger Zeit auch „westliche“ Spirituosen wie Whisky, Vodka und Gin. Für den Aichi Craft Gin Kiyosu werden zehn unverwechselbare Botanicals aus der japanischen Pflanzenwelt verwendet, unter ihnen drei Spezialitäten, die aus drei Städten der Präfektur stammen, und zwar Kintoki-Ingwer, Nishio-Matcha sowie Gamagori Mikan Mandarine. Die weiteren Botanicals sind Wacholderbeere, Kümmel, Zitronenschale, Sansho Pepper, Zimt, Kamille, Koriander. Dieser Gin hat ein tolles Zitrus-Aroma und ein langes Finish.

Tan Taka Tan ist in Japan so ziemlich jedem ein Begriff. Hergestellt mit rotem Shiso (Perilla) hat der Tan Taka Tan Shiso Shochu in Japan absoluten Kult-Status. Produzent Oenon Holdings knüpft an diesen Erfolg mit seinem Tan Taka Tan Gin an, denn die alkoholische Grundlage für diesen Gin ist Japans berühmtester Shiso Shochu. Insgesamt werden 6 Botanicals für den Tan Taka Tan Gin verwendet, und zwar Roter Shiso, Koriandersamen, Wacholderbeere, Süßholzwurzel, Angelikawurzel und Orangenschale. 
Der Tan Taka Tan Gin ist extrem erfrischend und ein toller Gin in nahezu jeder Lebenslage! Dabei ist der Shiso-Geschmack sehr fein und intelligent eingesetzt. Auch toll für Cocktails!
