A judicious mix of distinct ingredients ; Juniper berries, Coriander, Orange, Lemon, Kaffir lime leaves, Cassia buds, Grains of paradise, Angelica and Orris roots, Sapote. An unconventional distillation method, slow and smooth, gives it a nice and delicate mouthfeel. We are convinced that a playlist playing in the background at the still during distillation has an influence on the taste of the SuperSonic gin. But perhaps it's also its taste of citrus accented by the addition of Kaffir's lime leaves, or simply the fact that it is done in small lots, with love, one bottle at a time.
