With the first gin distilled in the Dolomites, the master distiller from Zu Plun follows the paths of the countless witch legends that surround the Sciliar area. This distillate contains a lot of old herb knowledge, the ingredients and herbs of which grow with one exception - the lemon peel from Lake Garda - in the Dolomites and on the Alpe di Siusi. In addition to juniper and 24 mountain herbs, the fruit stands, flowers and roots of the mystical elderberry are also processed. The qualitatively outstanding result has long ceased to be an insider tip and, along with many international awards, was awarded by Gambero Rosso as the best gin in Italy.
