The complex yet perfectly balanced taste profile of Seaside Gin comes from juniper (the source of its pine-like, slightly forest-like notes), rose and lavender, citrus fruits, coriander, cardamom and - most importantly - locally, sustainably harvested seaweed, which gives the Seaside its uniquely subtle Brininess. The result is as refreshing as the walk on the beach that inspired it.

Made from white wheat, malted barley, natural botanicals and sustainable hand-harvested local winged seaweed (Alaria marginata).

Kazuki Gin was born out of a love for Eastern and Western plants and gin-making techniques.

Alayne fell in love with cherry blossoms while living in Asia, and Jason was intrigued by Yuzu as a professional chef. KAZU, which means "harmony", is the amalgamation and respect for Eastern and Western cultures. KI means "charisma" and is an ode to the radiant aromas of the plants that dance on your palette. Cherry blossom petals and yuzu pods were imported from Japan. We obtained green tea leaves and blossoms from Westholme Tea Farm. Expect dynamic flavors from start to finish with the unique essence that Kazuki offers.

Made with local and Japanese plants including Japanese cherry blossoms and green tea and flowers from Westholme Tea Farm in Cowichan Valley.

Tasting Notes:
Lime, honeydew melon and green grape distillates, added to romeo's gin and its aromas of juniper, cucumber, lavender, dill, lemon and almond, make romeo's gin V a surprisingly fresh gin. A taste loaded with citrus, with fruity and racy notes, transcending the vegetal signature character of romeo's gin.

This gin has a juniper-driven nose, with lemon zest, citrus and floral notes. Very complex. It has a round mouthfeel, with a pleasant warming spiciness, with anise and white pepper. This gin helped Steinhart be accepted into the London Gin Guild; a rare honour for a North American distiller. It is a great gin for a classic Gin and Tonic enthusiast. The special edition blue bottle is definitely a keeper!

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Lemon, honeysuckle, juniper, rosewater, lavender, jasmine, sandalwood, grass, herbs, spice cake, spices, clove, cinnamon, stone, pine.
Palate: Lemon, lime, orange, marmalade, ginger cake, red apple, blossoms, violet, herbal, dried flowers, lemongrass, grassy, juniper, anise, pepper, white pepper, spicy, pine.
