Crafted from natural and carefully selected organic botanicals, Hernö Gin is a round and smooth London dry gin diluted to 40,5% ABV. Hernö Gin is awarded with IWSC World’s best London Dry Gin and World’s best Gin & Tonic but is also very enjoyable on its own.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Hernö Gin has a round juniper character, fresh citrus notes and a floral complexity.
Palate: A rich and lightly oily texture characterizes Hernö Gin. Fresh, crunchy green and spicy notes of coriander. A mellow sweetness combined with vanilla and cassia bark.
Finish: Hernö Gin lingers on with long-lasting citrus and juniper with a hint of black pepper.

Why gin (in general)?
Growing up on Gotland (Sweden) I was surrounded by wild juniper and other herbs, perfect for making gin! 

Why gin in the shape and form that you’ve made it?
I wanted to capture the taste of Gotland. During a few weeks in the summer I pick wild juniper, elderflower, meadowsweet and roses to flavour Hellström Gin with.  

How would you like people to drink Hellströms gin; i.e the ”perfect serve”?
I recommend a Gin & Tonic with Hellström Gin, Fevertree Indian tonic or Three Cents original, serive it over ice with a slice of apple and a sprig of thyme. It also works great neat or in a Dry Martini. 

The first gin from Gotland 
Every bottle of Hellström gin is handcrafted in small batches. The distillery is located in an old dairy factory in Hablingbo on the island of Gotland. 
Elisabeth Hellström is the youngest master distiller in the world. The journey started in 2015 when her family’s hotel Fabriken Furillen made a gin in collaboration with Hernö Gin. This grew her interest in gin and the art of distilling. In 2019 she founded Hellström Gin with a vision to create outstanding spirits with a taste of Swedish wilderness.

Mountain Dry Gin is inspired by the pure air and crispy climate of the mountains in Northern of Sweden. ND Mountain Dry Gin is a unique blend of eleven botanicals. Beside classic gin botanicals we use leafs of birch picked during the late spring when it's young, sticky and fresh. Mountain angelica, which grows all over Northern of Sweden and has been used in traditional Sami medicine for thousands of years. To create the fusion of extremes we combine this with timut pepper, from the mountains of Himalaya. The result is a delightfully smooth gin with a distinctively crisp finish that makes for a refreshing G&T.

Forest Dry Gin is inspired by the scents and atmosphere of the deep taiga forests in Northern of Sweden. ND Forest Dry Gin is a unique blend of twelve botanicals. Beside classic gin botanicals we use shots of pine and spruce, picked during late spring when it's still small and packed with subtle flavors. To create the fusion of extremes we combine this with cloves from the forgotten Comoro archipelago. The result is a smooth gin with a certain bite to it and lots of taste notes to discover. It will shine when enjoyed neat but also makes for a perfect ingredient in a Negroni and other cocktails.

N|D Forest Dry Gin

All Stockholms Bränneri gins have been handcrafted on Södermalm in Stockholm. The dry gin is a Nordic take on a traditional dry gin that has got its characteristics from 7 organic botanicals - juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, heather, elderflower and rosemary. The blend gives the gin a delicate flowery taste parallel to the classic juniper and citrus notes. This makes it perfect for the classic gin cocktails, but also ideal to purely enjoy neat or in a Dry Martini.

Gunroom Navy Gin wird in einem Kupfertopf noch nach dem London Dry Gin Principals destilliert und dann in Ex-Whisky-Fässern für 45-60 Tage gereift. Dieser Prozess verleiht dem Gin eine unverwechselbare Weichheit, runder Abgang und süße Vanille.
Hinweise auf die Eiche, die gut mit der Orangenschale und den Gewürzen in der Zusammensetzung spielt. Dieses Fass Reifung war ein natürlicher Prozess für jeden Gin während des 19. Jahrhundert, Glasflaschen noch war ein Luxus, zerbrechlich und nicht geeignet für die lange Reise von Großbritannien nach Indien. Daher ist der Gin in Fässer gelagert worden um die ganze Welt zu bereisen. Das Fass gab dem Geist einen verbesserten Charakter, ein Brauch das fast vergessen wurde.

Lab + Distillery Organic Gin ist ein moderner, handwerklich hergestellter Gin mit einem klassischen Geschmack, der schwedische Aromen und sorgfältig ausgewählte Zutaten enthält, die im traditionellen Kupferkessel in Mackmyra Bruk destilliert werden.

Der Organic Gin wurde für klassische Gin Cocktails oder Dry Martinis entwickelt.

Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Gin, but with an extra amount of Meadowsweet added in the distillation and after diluting it down to 43% we add a touch of sugar. The sweetening lifts the floral notes, releases an array of juniper and makes the gin even smoother.
 
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Hernö Old Tom Gin is full-bodied with woody spice. Followed by bright, juicy, juniper and floral notes.
Palate: Super-smooth texture with a light sweetness and botanical notes. An array of juniper, green and crispy, followed by notes of pine flowers.
Finish: A floral sweetness combined with woody spice and long-lasting juniper characterizes Hernö Old Tom Gin.
 
Hernö Old Tom Gin was awarded World’s Best Gin two years in a row, 2017 and 2018. And Best Gin in Asia 2018.

Purity Navy Strength Organic Gin

Gunroom London Dry Gin wird gleich hergestellt wie die Original Navy Gin Geschwister. Dieser Gin wird in einem Kupfertopf entsprechend nach dem Londoner Dry Gin Principals hergestellt, was wiederum bedeutet, dass der Geschmack ausschließlich durch die Nachdestillation in traditionellen Stills von Ethylalkohol in Gegenwart aller natürlichen Pflanzenmaterialien, wie Kräuter und Gewürze. Zu einem London Dry Gin darf nichts anders als natürliche Zutaten und Wasser hinzugefügt werden. Gunroom Gin wird mit 12 handverlesene Zutaten zum Andenken der Gin-Stil des 19. Jahrhunderts mit einer zusätzliche Prise Wacholder hergestellt. Der Gin wird von einem Brennerei hergestellt, die seit mehreren Generationen in Familienbesitz ist.
