G'Vine entstand aus einer Kooperation des Destillateurs Jean-Sébastien Robicquet mit dem Önologen Bruno de Reilhac. Die beiden Franzosen verfolgten die Idee, die moderne Ginkultur mit der französischen Weintradition in einem Produkt zu verbinden. Grundlage für G'Vine ist daher ein Traubenbrand aus der Rebsorte Ugni Blanc.
 
Dieser Brand wird in kleinen Batches destilliert und dient anschließend zur Mazeration von Wacholder, Muskatnuss, Ingwer, Süßholz, Zitrone, Koriander und Cassia.
Eine Besonderheit ist außerdem die Verwendung der grünen Weinblüte, aus der ein eigenes Destillat hergestellt wird, das den Gins ihre typische florale Note verleiht. Nur einmal im Jahr, in der Mitte des Monats Juni, blühen für wenige Tage die Weinpflanzen, bevor die Weintrauben entstehen. In Frankreich nennt man diese Periode „Floraison".
 
Geruch: Delikat, süß und blumig, mit einer scharfen Wärme (Andeutungen von Kardamon und Ingwer).
Geschmack: Weich, fein und rund, nach Wiese mit Blumen und Gewürzen. Der blumige Geschmack von der Weinblüte ist sehr vordergründig. Wacholder, Kardamon und Ingwer folgen. Der Abgang bringt den blumigen Geschmack zurück und ist sehr lang und trocken, klar und knackig.

Der Citadelle Gin wird auf dem historischen Château de Bonbonnet, im Zentrum der französischen Cognac-Region, in traditionellen 25‑hl Kupfer-Pot-Stills destilliert. Als Basis dient ein besonders reines Destillat aus dreifach destilliertem französischem Weizen, das seine außergewöhnliche Sanftheit und Eleganz prägt.&nbsp;
Seinen unverwechselbaren Charakter erhält Citadelle durch eine fein abgestimmte Infusion aus 22 Botanicals – von klassischen Wacholderbeeren bis hin zu exotischen Zutaten wie Yuzu, Kubebenpfeffer und Sezuanpfeffer. Etsu is one of the top Nippon gins on the market. Etsu means ‘pleasure’ in Japanese.

This gin is made by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido to an ancient Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, pepper, citrus).

What makes our very floral Etsu special is the lingering notes of orange peel and yuzu, a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clear, transparent.
Nose: Floral and vegetal, with pronounced citrus and yuzu notes.
Palate: Fresh and well-balanced with pepper notes and a touch of liquorice.
Finish: Rounded, supple, silky.

Tasty, fruity and floral, rich in the image of a miraculous picking, this "distilled gin“ seduces both amateurs and new consumers of exceptional brandies. Fresh & Aromatic: The floral side is the expression of infusions of jasmine and elder flowers. The Black Lemon : a unique smoky and complex taste :
Black lemons are limes which are dryed under the sun for several months, until they develop very sophisticated aromas. They are commonly used as key ingredients in middle east and mediterranean cooking, to compose delicious meals.&nbsp;
The combination of yuzu’s freshness and black lemon’s richness gives birth to a delicious, original, and somewhat mysterious gin.
YU GIN Black Lemon : dark, warm and sophisticated :
The taste profile of Yu gin black lemon is rich &amp; spicy but still with the iconic freshness of the yuzu. The recipe is a distilled maceration of juniper, black lemon, yuzu, lemon, ginger, cardamom, coriander and caraway.

Tasting notes :
On the nose, Yu Gin Black Lemon expresses strong notes of juniper, resinous hints.

It shows complex notes of candied citrus followed by surprisingly fresh notes of flowers and fresh yuzu. La Symphonie 1 est distillée dans les Hauts-de-France, et a été conçue telle qu'elle se perçoit en bouche en trois temps : Herbacé puis Poivré et enfin marqué fruits rouges des bois. 

Différent en tout point, le profil aromatique et la structure même du gin séduit par son originalité et sa complexité. 
Il est distillé en Alambic Stupfler à une passe, ce qui a pour effet de le rendre particulièrement léger et rond malgré sa complexité. 

La balade en forêt commence sur des notes florales légèrement boisées suggérées par l’aubépine et la feuille de cassis. S’ensuit un temps dédié à la flânerie le long d’un sentier bucolique, il convient alors d’apprécier son corps soyeux composé de verveine citronnée, de baie de genièvre et de basilic. Enfin, cachées derrière les fourrés, il n’y a plus qu’à découvrir les notes fruitées et juteuses de fraises et de framboises.
