To create this typical London Dry Gin, our two Master Distillers combined their creativeness and precious know-how. Working with the greatest respect for the rules of the art and tradition, they created this pure, straightforward distilled gun, with a focus on juniper berries. Elaborated without any artificial additives, this gin is also nicknamed 'Less is more', referring to its return to basics. Biercée London Dry Gin is distilled from a fermented mash of barley and malt, also known as 'moutwijn' (malt-wine) in Dutch, and juniper berries. It's slowly heated in our hammered copper stills, allowing its rounded character to develop while retaining its well-defined fresh notes.
Its botanicals are precise and perfectly balanced. To enjoy the flavours of juniper berries, fresh citrus and slightly peppery notes, drink it chilled, neat or in a cocktail.
