Our Master Distiller possesses the art of sublimating the fresh fruit, spices and aromatic herbs that enter into its composition, better than anyone else. For this jewel of contemporary Belgian gin, he worked just like a perfumer, mixing several precious distillates from his collection with the greatest precision.

All in all, a magnificently crafted gin, distilled from 18 botanicals, spices, aromatic herbs and flowers. Its secret is jealously guarded by our Master Distiller. All we know is that the majority of them come from Belgium, France and southern Europe. Only the cacao, which features in it, has more distant origins.

Biercée Floral Dry Gin is a subtle combination of the floral notes of hop and lavender, with a touch of citrus and the flavours of hyssop and poppy, not to mention the aromas of malt, fennel and cumin. Thanks to its smooth mouth-feeling, a quality obtained by its distillation in our Holstein copper column stills, it offers a first-rate organoleptic explosion for those who like to enjoy it neat or in a cocktail. And it's this sensorial richness that earned it the 'Best Contemporary Gin' award.

To create this typical London Dry Gin, our two Master Distillers combined their creativeness and precious know-how. Working with the greatest respect for the rules of the art and tradition, they created this pure, straightforward distilled gun, with a focus on juniper berries. Elaborated without any artificial additives, this gin is also nicknamed 'Less is more', referring to its return to basics.

Biercée London Dry Gin is distilled from a fermented mash of barley and malt, also known as 'moutwijn' (malt-wine) in Dutch, and juniper berries. It's slowly heated in our hammered copper stills, allowing its rounded character to develop while retaining its well-defined fresh notes. Its botanicals are precise and perfectly balanced.

To enjoy the flavours of juniper berries, fresh citrus and slightly peppery notes, drink it chilled, neat or in a cocktail.

Beim Sir Chill Gin handelt es sich um einen New Western Dry Gin, der zunächst weich auf der Zunge zergeht, um dann eine Komposition intensiver Aromen zu entfalten. 6 Botanicals stellen die Hauptbestandteile des Gins dar: Wacholder, Koriander, Mandarine aus Brasilien, gemahlene Mandeln aus Afrika, Bourbon Vanille aus Indien und, zum krönenden Abschluss, das aromatische Extrakt der Tabakpflanze. "The S72 ‘Legend’ Gin has been an established value in the world of gin since 2017. Six years later, the delicacy that sprang from the brain of ten-time world motocross champion Stefan Everts gets a completely new look: a bottle in the shape of the number 1.

The flavor – violet – has long been in the taste. But the eye also wants something. Stefan Everts had been toying with the idea of a new, striking bottle for some time. The ball really started rolling when he sat down with designer Troy Lee. The ten-time world champion, who had already worked with the designer in his career as a motocross racer, asked the American to design a new bottle. Troy Lee came up with the idea of a bottle in the shape of the number 1. A reference to the many first places that Stefan Everts achieved in his richly filled career (ten world titles, 101 GP victories).

“I am very satisfied with the end result,” says Stefan Everts. “This bottle really catches the eye. And I also like the link with my victories. In my career I always wanted to be the best. With my gin too."
