We don't distill our Cascara Gin ourselves, but rather produce it using a maceration process based on Mediterranean juniper.
For this, the juniper is first soaked in 96.5% pure grape spirit. Then a variety of botanicals are added.
Iranian rosebuds, cardamom, fresh orange zest, and a few more.
After creating the base, we blend our cascara with the coffee cherries of the Gesha coffee from Colombia, which naturally takes center stage.
Cascara Gin has an intense, fruity flavor. It's perfect enjoyed neat. Prepare to be surprised by a flavor explosion.
It also works very well with tonic water, creating a soft, floral product with a delicate effervescence. We recommend and prefer to enjoy it with a botanical tonic.
For a gin and tonic, we add a sprig of rosemary or thyme. If you like, you can also add a single coffee bean.

Perfect Serve: CASCARA PREMIUM GIN with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a sprig of rosemary or thyme. For even more flavor, add an aromatic coffee bean.
