This distillate is our tribute to the 19th century Gin style. 

We barrelled our signature Gin for several months in old wine casks, which have been previously filled with Mallorcan red wine. Screaming for Vermouth and Bitters!

Key Botanicals: Bitter Orange, Lemon, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root

Nose: Orange, Oak, Vanilla and Cassia Bark

Palate: Oak, Juniper, Citrus, sweet Caramel, bold and round.

Finish: Spicy, Juniper, long lasting, smooth

We distilled a unique batch from Mallorca olives grown on the century old trees in the Valldemossa Valley. Olives have a long tradition as a cocktail garnish, maybe because their salty brain aroma contributes well to a Dry Martini. And a Martini is what we had in mind distilling this Gin.

KEY BOTANICALS: Olive, juniper, cilantro.

NOSE: Ripe olive, nutmeg.

PALATE: Very dry, silky texture, dry juniper, a hint of cilantro.

FINISH: Long and lingering, juniper and olive.

Try it with Fino Sherry instead of Dry Vermouth We prefer equal measures, but that is up to you.”

Who said you need dozens of botanicals to distil a perfect gin? Here we have only two! Fresh Bergamot Oranges from Valencia and Juniper.

Key Botanicals: Bergamot, juniper.

Nose: Perfumed bergamot, earl grey tea.

Palate: Intense citrus oils with a hint of juniper.

Finish: Very zesty, warming juniper.

Try the combination of warming Juniper and bitter-sweet, zesty citrus perfume of the Bergamots. A perfect Negroni match.

GIN EVA Citrus Bergamia

Together with Ingo Holland from the "Altes Gewürzamt" in Klingenberg, Germany, we distilled this green botanical gin: Sencha Tea, Wakame Tokusen, Californian Bay Leaves, green Pepper, Fig and Orange Leaves together with green-harvested Juniper and green Oranges.

Key Botanicals: green-harvested Phoenician Juniper, Sencha Tea, Wakame Tokusen (Sea Weed), Californian Bay Leaves, green Pepper, Fig and Orange Leaves, green Oranges.

Nose: Pepper, Fig, crip Citrus.

Palate: dry Juniper, Bay Leave, green Tea, salty Citrus.

Finish: light but persistant, spicy, long lasting juniper, perfumed.

Vorzeige-Gin aus Spanien. Exzellentes mediterranes Flair, welches der Gin hervorragend ins Glas bringt. Dezente Kräuternote (Basilikum, Thymian, Rosmarin), gepaart mit südländischen Gewächsen wie Oliven.

Erwähnenswert ist auch der Schraubverschluss der Flasche, welcher ein Barmaß von 5cl darstellt.

Gin Mare Capri ist ein mediterraner Gin, der anlässlich des zehnjährigen Jubiläums dieser Marke auf den Markt kam. The Mombasa Club Gin is to this day a nostalgic reminder of the spirit of these romantic adventurous pioneers of the glorious and epic 19th century English colonialism.

The Mombasa Club is a premium London dry gin with 41.5% ABV, although its formula dates back to the late nineteenth century.

Visual: bright and watery white, a vivid reflection of the purest London Dry style. Smell stage: The experts say that in a premium gin the botanicals should almost attack the nose. Such is the case with Mombasa, which has a strong juniper base that goes perfectly with the coriander and the spicy notes of cassia and cumin.
