Gin Sieben combines its origins in a congenial way, the Main metropolis with the traditional Frankfurt recipe of green sauce or "semolina sauce", as the Frankfurters say.
In addition to the obligatory juniper, the key to the composition of Gin Sieben is the herbal mixture: borage, chervil, cress, parsley, pimpinelle, sorrel and chives.
It was possible to transfer the essences of these seven plants to the alcohol by means of maceration. Strictly according to the principles of the production of a dry gin, a unique spirit was distilled together with juniper berries: Gin Sieben, Frankfurt Dry Gin
