This seasonal gin is based on our award winning ‘Piste Noire’ vodka which is made from French grapes. In the distillation is liquorish root to provide a sweeter contrast with the blueberries. The blueberries and blackberries are macerated after distillation to provide a fruity hint on the tongue. Perfect serve - ice cold with lots of ice cubes and fever tree tonic. No garnish is necessary however a piece of the fresh green skin/zest of lime or orange adds another dimension.
