A French London dry gin based on our award winning ‘Piste Noire’ vodka which is made from French grapes. Further distillation produces a gin that emerges with a fresh, smooth and pleasant taste. Locally harvested wild juniper is combined with lemon, lemongrass and ginger to complement the coriander and cubeb berries. This provides pleasant sensations on the tongue. The dry lemongrass is detected early with the ginger to finish at the back of the palette. Excellent with tonic, but can also be enjoyed with various soft drinks. This gin was recognised for its quality and taste with a silver medal award by the IWSC. Perfect serve – Ice cold with lots of ice cubes and fever tree tonic. No garnish necessary however a piece of the fresh green skin/zest of lime adds another dimension.
