Ma'Hai ist ein London Dry Gin mit patagonischem Geist. Die Marke bedeutet "guter Geist", in der traditionellen Selk ́nam-Sprache der alten Bewohner von Südpatagonien.

Seine Zutaten sind Wasser, extra neutraler Getreidealkohol (dreifache Destillation), Wacholder- und Calafate-Beeren sowie aromatische Kräuter. Er enthält insgesamt dreizehn sorgfältig ausgewählte pflanzliche Stoffe, von denen einige wild und in Patagonien heimisch sind, wie z.B. die Calafate-Frucht.

Er wird in kleinen Mengen in Kupferbrennblasen nach der Dampfinfusionsmethode destilliert.

Der Príncipe de los Apóstoles Mate Gin ist die Kreation des wohl bekanntesten Mixologen Argentiniens, Renato "Tato" Giovannoni, Eigentümer und Barchef der Bar Florería Atlantico in Buenos Aires, welche &nbsp;zuletzt 2019 als drittbeste Bar der Welt gewählt wurde. Mit dem Gin hat er vor wenigen Jahren seinen Lebenstraum umgesetzt und eine Hommage an das argentinischste aller Getränke - den Mate-Tee - erschaffen.
Hergestellt wird der Príncipe de los Apóstoles Mate Gin durch Destillation einzeln mazerierter Lösungen mit Wacholderbeeren, frischen Mate-Blättern, Eukalyptus, Peperina (eine nur in Argentinien endemische Pflanze, die aromatisch an Minze erinnert), Koriandersamen und der Schale der Pink-Grapefruit in einer kleinen, 200l-Kupfer-Brennblase im argentinischen Hochland, wo er nach einer Ruhephase auch in einzeln nummerierte Flaschen abgefüllt wird. 

Geschmack:
Unvergleichlich frisch und mild.
Die Kombination der typischen Aromen des argentinischen Nordens von Mate, Eukalyptus, Peperina (eine nur in Argentinien endemische Art, welche unserer Minze ähnlich ist) und der Pink Grapefruit mit Wacholderbeeren und Koriandersamen als klassische Gin-Komponenten, garantiert eine aufregende, sommerliche Komposition, bei der frische, würzige und süße Komponenten harmonisch ineinandergreifen.
Im Mundegefühl ist der Gin so samtig weich, so dass er auch pur ein echter Genuss ist. Zunächst erinnert der Einfluss von Peperina und Eukalyptus an die beliebten Minz-Schokoladentäfelchen bevor mit der Geschmack durch süß-fruchtige Komponenten und die herbe Mate deutlich an Tiefgang gewinnt.

Restinga is a “Mar del Plata” Premium gin, London Dry Gin style. Its handcraft alcohol is a result of the fermentation of barley malt. 
Its ingredients were sought in the surrounding areas, especially near the Sierra de los Padres where the lands make excellent botanical natural crops. Juniper and floral on the nose, with notes of pepper, lemon peel, pink grapefruit, red grapefruit and kinoto. The aroma has a coastal hint where citrus fruits predominate. Tasting Notes:
Its aroma is citric and somewhat herbal, when it opens it stands out with notes of pepper and butter. Its flavor has a very smooth and delicate entry.
