Summa Gin is distilled in the mountains of La Cumbre, in a natural setting surrounded by rivers, forests and mountains. It is a dry gin that combines wild juniper from Patagonia, spring water and 12 finely selected botanicals. These include coriander, cardamom, red apple, ginger, Jamaican pepper and citrus. A complex balance that results in a fresh, botanical and citrusy gin.
It is a premium gin made in the Sierras de la Cumbre, with the aim of producing a product of outstanding quality. The nature of their environment is reflected in every detail of the product, from the respect for the natural times of the process to the use of spring water that comes from the mountains and arrives directly at the distillery. The quality of each ingredient and the process of elaboration with their own technique make this a top quality product.
