Ten plants that, to tell the truth, have chosen themselves to help us release their spirit and the noblest essences, like a kind of serendipity. Some, like juniper and cardamom, come from faraway lands and have settled with us as if they were their own, hand in hand with citrus fruits. Together with roots and other herbs, they rest for two nights and three days in a perfect mixture of water and alcohol.
