He developed an exclusive gin recipe that is refined with coriander, cardamom, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, angelica root, wormwood, meadowsweet, lavender, orange blossom and orange peel.
Characteristic of the BLANKENESER Premium Dry Gin are its sweet sharpness and subliminal noble bitter note.
This is already evident in its fruity-tart bouquet, which is composed of orange peel, orange blossom and a nuance of lavender. After the first sip, a sweet spiciness awaits you in the mouth, which comes from the ginger root and which kisses the senses awake. Starting with the second and third sip, it becomes gentler again. Coriander and Ceylon cinnamon create a spicy note of wood and form the aromatic support of the juniper. Cardamom and wormwood in combination with angelica root and meadowsweet end the BLANKENESER with a subliminal, very noble bitter note.
