**The smallest distillery in Germany impresses with quality and sustainability**  

The distillerie_hick_manufaktur from Otterstadt has made a name for itself with its gold-winning organic gin "Cacaolatl" (400 bottles) and as an independent bottler for single malt whiskeys.   

Special spirits are offered throughout Germany in small batches of 30 to 120 bottles. Speed is essential because demand is high and usually sells out in minutes.  

The distillery is also known for its collaborations, such as with Ninjektion.de and benswerk.de, with which the Elwetritsche series was created. With just 7.5 square meters and a 12 liter copper still, it is considered the smallest distillery in Germany.  

Sustainability and customer orientation are the focus: reusable packaging, designs for companies as gift ideas, bottles and pourers significantly reduce waste.
