Capjari Gold is a Single Distilled Organic Gin, crafted with 11 carefully selected botanicals, mostly Italian. The juniper berries are individually infused and distilled to bring out their full aroma. The other botanicals—including Tuscan iris and long Java pepper—are slowly infused one by one, then expertly blended and distilled once in a traditional copper still. The result is a gin that is complex, smooth and perfectly balanced.

Tasting notes include cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, liquorice, citrus peel, cloves, Tuscan iris root, and the distinctive long Java pepper.
