The ed.B. London Dry Gin is the Banana Edition from Christian². A hand-distilled small batch gin with juniper, red pepper, coriander, lemon peel and the natural, fruity-fresh banana. Why this yellow fruit of all things? It is simply a superfood, full of potassium, vitamin B6, magnesium and folic acid. Hence the favourite of all those who are studying - and there are more than enough of them in the university towns of Göttingen and Lüneburg, where Christian and Christian come from. So what could be more natural than putting the fruit in a gin?

Pure: You can enjoy ed.B. London Dry Gin super pure, whether chilled or at room temperature. The taste of the banana is first subtle on your palate and then lingers for a long time - take your time, close your eyes and taste.

Gin and tonic: And it's great with a light, slightly sweet "Mediterranean" tonic, or with a tart "Indian" tonic. Then the fruity banana comes into its own and is rounded off by the delicious pepper. But it's up to you - maybe you like gin best for mixing and rounding off?

Sustainable: Even though we of course pay the recycling fees so that you can dispose of your bottle in the bottle bank after enjoying it (and your shipping box in the waste paper), we advise you to keep using the bottle. The practical swing top is perfect for keeping something in the bottle for longer - or as a water bottle in your old day. The bottle is also dishwasher safe, but please remove the cap first. It is made of silicone and would otherwise become brittle in the long run and the bottle would leak.
