The Crowd Gin is all about the crowd. In the name of all the 19 Circle Spirits celebrate, celebrate and enjoy. We had supporters and friends make suggestions for botanicals, paired them and then voted. The result was a cherry gin combined with roasted spruce needles and nettle. A full-bodied gin, as always, which can be enjoyed pure on ice or mixed with tonic. Nano-Batch Distilled, bottled by hand and refreshingly different. Nosing: Fruity-sweet, slightly smoky, herbal finish. Tasting: Cherry dominant surrounded by the slightly smoky aroma of the roasted spruce needle . Rounded out by fine herbs such as stinging nettle .
