Gin 12/11 ist ein klassischer London Dry mit einer wohlgewählten Kombination verschiedener Zutaten. Als Hauptbestandteil steht Wacholder, neben Kardamom, Rosmarin, Thymian, Zitrone, sowie Mandarine. Dieser Gin war die Probe Nr. 12 und wird aus 11 verschiedenen Botanicals hergestellt, deshalb der Name Gin 12/11.

12/11 Gin

Der Cool Gin wird aus verschiedenen Kräutern, Beeren und Zitrusfrüchten, sowie mit Schmelzwasser aus der Sierra Nevada gewonnen wird destilliert. 
In der Nase Zitronennoten, Waldfrüchte (Brombeere und Himbeere) und natürlich Wacholder.

Elaborada a partir de bayas de enebro, pétalos de rosa, cardamomo, tomillo, raíz de angélica, limón, salvia, cilantro, romero y mandarina, envejecida en barricas vírgenes de american oak y con copos de oro de 24 quilates.

BOTANICALS
The essence of locally blooming juniper, rosemary, fennel, pine sprouts, lemongrass earth extracted and especially figs and the combination of these botanicals from the remote Priorat mountains with lemon and orange peel from the southern Mediterranean of Catalonia.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
First, the best skins of DOQ Priorat wines are selected and distilled to preserve the essence of the flavors of these famous wines.
The freshly cut botanicals are macerated in water and schnapps. After a while, it is distilled to create a concentration of herbs that form the basis of this gin.
This base is diluted with alcohol and water and then shaken vigorously, followed by a period of rest for months. The water is used from the natural Mas Baboixos spring, which rises deep in the shale layers, the typical soil of the Priorat countries.

Every ingredient and part of the process is 100% natural.
