Distilled by the Targa Ilva family, Dolce Vita is the result of the union of passion for the art of distillation and devotion to our own country: Italy.

Botanicals: In line with its origins, Gin Dolce Vita boasts botanicals which are harvested exclusively in Italy. Juniper comes directly from Tuscany (Vallombrosa area); sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon, mandarin and pink grapefruit peels are native to Sicily; bergamot and citron come from Calabria; lemon and orange blossoms from Campania.

Malfy Gin Originale

Taste Gin 43 has a delicate herbaceous but persistent and citrusy flavor; sweetness given by the mixture of Dill, Fennel, Liquorice & Anise. A note of bitterness is given by the maceration of the Imperatoria, Gentian, Aromatic Calamo, Wormwood and the essential Juniper. A final note is from Angelica seeds and roots; to leave at the end a fresh taste from the mix between Thyme, Melissa, Sage and Mint.

Aftertaste Gin 43 releases a persistent bitter aftertaste given by the strength of the wormwood, Imperatoria and Juniper.

Smell: Notes emphasize of Juniper, a scent of violet from Iris, Light lavender and citrus, herbaceous characterized by the combination between Coriander and Angelica, ending with a fresh mint scent.
