Eden Mill Love Gin uses typical botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root, but also eight additional botanicals such as rose petals, elderberries, rhubarb root, marshmallow root, goji berries, raspberry leaves and hibiscus flowers. In terms of flavour, the gin stands out from the crowd of typical flavours. 

The hibiscus flowers are added as an infusion after distillation and emphasise the reddish or pink to pink colour. Exotic floral notes flatter the classic juniper berries with their earthy flavour.
