Forest Dry Gin Winter
+ Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water + Juniper + Orange Zest

The fermentation of a mixture of grain and water creates a liquid that is distilled four times in a pot still, this is the basis of all Forest Dry Gins. The botanicals and fruits are macerated and distilled separately. Finally, we mix the distilled plants and fruits with our basic spirit using the same method. Mix for a couple of weeks to create the perfect marriage between the essential oils in the botanicals and the basic grain spirit. A predominant juniper flavor is typical of all Forest Dry gins, but each season of the year will have its own gin flavored with the seasonal botanicals. None of the Forest Dry Gins is sweetened. The expertise of the master distiller, the fact that they only work with low profit stills and only use locally produced organic ingredients, gives Forest Dry Gin a soft and rounded taste.
