JUILLET Gin is distilled in a very small 19th century still and made from organic French wheat alcohol. The botanicals are macerated directly in the still (so-called “London Gin” method).

The recipe is inspired and adapted from an old recipe from Guillaume FERRONI's collection of old books.

In addition to a bouquet of classic aromas, among which the fresh notes have been highlighted, the distillery also receives a "basket" of fresh fruits from Provence (apricot and white peach) typical of the month of July.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: very aromatic - rich, round and fresh. Tremendous freshness of a coniferous forest and a Mediterranean garden planted with lemon trees.
