Botanicals: 12, the 5 most important are aronia berries, juniper berries, gentian roots, lemon balm and sage leaves.
Appearance: The gin is brownish, almost black in the glass. The colour is obtained naturally from berries and plants, mixed with tonic water the magic of Switzerland develops, as if by magic the dark GIN turns into the bright red of the Swiss flag.
Nose: The smell of fresh berries comes straight to you. In a second, the aroma of fruity lemon balm mixes with the alpine herbs. A feeling as if you were standing in a spring meadow.
Taste: As you can already guess from the nose, this gin contains the concentrated power of chokeberry berries, which you can also taste directly. Paired with the spicy aromas of juniper berries, a unique berry gin experience develops. A slightly sweet, but not overpowering note rounds off the taste. In the finish, you experience the soothing aromas of the alpine herbs.
