Schönbuch Gin is handcrafted in Waldenbuch with great attention to detail and distilled in a copper pot still. It is produced in very small batches of 180 bottles per spirit. Waldenbuch is located south of Stuttgart on the edge of the Schönbuch Nature Park.

The carefully selected botanicals from the Schönbuch Nature Park and the region, most of which only grow here seasonally, are harvested in-house. They make it unique and give it a world-class gin flavour. 

In addition to some secret ingredients, our gin contains juniper, chocolate mint, wormwood, angelica root, coriander, lemon, ginger and cinnamon.

The result is a very fresh-tasting gin with an impressive 47% alcohol by volume that can be enjoyed neat.

Depending on the tonic, the botanicals unfold differently and lend a new character in aroma and flavour each time.
