Our London Dry Gin is produced using a technique developed at the Distillerie des Scories, using maceration and distillation similar to a fruit spirit. The recipe was refined through tastings with a specialist oenologist. The main ingredients include 96% ABV rectified alcohol, juniper berries, verbena leaves, and reduction water.


We chose to produce London Dry Gin, which has stricter standards set by the European Regulation 2019/787, requiring the flavoring to come from natural plants and limiting post-distillation sweetening.


The alcohol is first processed for maceration with juniper berries and verbena leaves separately in stainless steel tanks. The macerates and plant materials are then distilled in an alembic using manual heating and cuts determined by smell. The final spirit has an alcohol content of about 85% ABV.


The gin is then reduced over a month to harmonize the flavors and achieve a non-aggressive, aromatic spirit without any artificiality. The final product is bottled at 42% ABV without added sugars or sweetening as it is naturally balanced from the distillation process.

Perfect Serve: Gin tonic and raspberry flavour = 5 cl of London Dry Gin + 15 cl of tonic water + some raspberry fruits.
