The Distilling Doctors distil with heart and soul. For them, grain is more than just a regional speciality, but the inspiration and basis for the neutral alcohol they produce themselves. The pure, top-quality grain comes from recognised organic cultivation. It is mixed with valuable local water from our own well and then distilled several times to produce our aromatic fine spirit. This lays the special foundation for the Premium Dry Gin. The fact that the neutral alcohol is not bought in is a special feature that only a few producers share with the doctors. The same applies to the organic certification according to DE-ÖKO 005.
The 16 botanicals selected with love and care for The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin, all from recognised organic cultivation - including lime and orange peel, cardamom, coriander, allspice, lavender and fennel - are also distilled several times together with the neutral alcohol in a small batch process. The eponymous calla flower is also used in the process, which is why the doctors speak of a "calla infused" gin. The beautiful calla blossom not only rounds off the flavour profile, but is also found on the high-quality white matt, slightly copper iridescent bottle.
