With 17 selected domestic and also exotic herbs and fruits, this gin is carefully distilled in a copper pot still according to the traditional "London-Dry" method and reduced to drinking strength after storage with Wallbach spring water. 

Unusual botanicals, such as elderflower, fir-tree honey, sage and walnuts, but also Nana mint and dried cranberries, make this gin a special taste experience. 

Despite the proud 44 alcohol percent, this gin is surprisingly mild and can certainly be drunk neat with ice, or of course as a long drink with tonic.
