Born from a friendship and a shared enthusiasm for gin, Trinity Gin combines classic elements with bold, modern accents.

At its heart is an intense, fruity-floral interplay of flavours, which is given its unmistakable character by grapefruit peel, orange blossom, lavender and pink pepper.

The name ‘Trinity’ symbolises the three pillars on which the gin is built: friendship, flavour and sustainability. The selected botanicals reflect these values. The fresh citrus note of grapefruit brings a lively lightness, the floral nuances of orange blossom and lavender provide a harmonious depth, and the subtle spiciness of pink pepper rounds off the flavour experience with an elegant spiciness. Despite the 45% alcohol volume, Trinity Gin has a pleasantly smooth flavour - both on its own and in combination with tonic.

Right from the start of the project, it was a central concern to make a contribution to sustainability with the gin. The topic of sustainability was consistently pursued, so that sustainable materials were used wherever possible. The orange tree in the logo not only stands for the orange blossoms that give the gin its floral note, but also symbolises a tree that is planted for every bottle of Trinity Gin sold.

Whether as a classic gin and tonic or in creative cocktail variations - Trinity Gin impresses with its complexity and round, summery character. The alcohol fades pleasantly into the background in terms of flavour, making it particularly accessible and versatile. Every sip tells a piece of the story - from a small 0.5-litre distillery in a shared kitchen to professional production.
