GEIST Tuscan Juniper
A spirit for purists, for lovers of massively juniper-accented gins. A spirit directly reminiscent of gin, of course, but even more flexible to use. The Tuscan juniper has gotten plenty of sun to leave a wonderfully sweet note in the distillate. Any tonic you can think of goes well with this deeply aromatic juniper bomb at 48%vol. Cocktails that can use an extra helping of juniper will find their home here. A treat for classic gin fans. An experience for all those who think spirit is "only" schnapps.

What the nose tells us:
Immediately one associates fresh forest floor and pine needles, intense essential resins, wet bark, but also light citrus notes. Gentle notes of pine cones and varietal, slightly sweet aroma of Tuscan juniper.
What the palate perceives:
An intense and oily film of juniper settles on the tongue, joined by delicate bitter notes and a fresh sweetness. The finish is dominated by the strongest juniper, which remains extremely long. A journey through the deep forest begins.
