What sets STIN apart is its wide variety of flavours. The non-alcoholic version of our gin is no different. Logical: STIN NON ALCOHOLIC is also made from the same 28 botanicals. These include juniper berries, southern Styrian apples, eastern Styrian elderberries, lemons and oranges, caraway, coriander, ginger, cardamom and pepper. The only thing we do without in his case is the addition of alcohol. That's why we had to adapt the recipe a little. Quite a challenge! But this is the only way to keep the flavour of all STINs the same: unmistakable.
The non-alcoholic also impresses with its familiar flavour, in addition to the usual freshness. It complements the fruity and citrusy notes and gives the non-alcoholic STIN its special character. The non-alcoholic gin undergoes gentle distillation in small batches using a copper pot still. The high content of essential oils makes it slightly cloudy. However, the pleasure of enjoying it neat or in a classic gin & tonic is always undiminished.
